Exactly one year after their own first album "Luhman 16", the twins remade it with no intention to make it sound even remotely similar to the original.

Both Redd and Scarlet had their own ideas on how to make the best out of an Anniversary Remake and so each of them made their very own thing. While Redd still prefered the clean and crisp ambient synths mixed with predictable noise and white static sounds, Scarlet got completely lost into her own chaotic ideals and produced her typical dirty and rough sounding style, but with a lot more chaos and weirdness to it. With her is her wooden best friend in form of a 5-String Bass. By now she does know very well how to utilize it without making it sound even somewhat bass-like.The result is a complete mess, but the good kind of mess. To Scarlet, this is how noise has to sound like. Even Redd agrees and thinks this is cool, but she would never do this kind of noise herself. That's just not how she is.

And it is worth repeating: this album follows the original concept of each track, but does not sound similar at all, except maybe for the fact that the same instruments and synths were used. This makes the Anniversay Remake it's very own experience that explores it's own ideas based on the original track concepts.To emphasize this, some different production techniques are used to further differentiate the albums.
